Copyright & DMCA Policy

DRP30 respects copyright and expects users and contributors to do the same.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material appearing on DRP30 infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice through our Contact page and clearly label the request DMCA / Copyright Notice.

A notice should include sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide contact information for the complaining party, state a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, state that the information is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act, and include a physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notices

If material is removed as a result of a copyright complaint and the affected party believes the removal was based on mistake or misidentification, that party may contact us with the information required by applicable law for a counter-notice.

DMCA agent registration

U.S. Copyright Office registration of a designated DMCA agent can be a separate legal requirement for service providers seeking certain statutory safe-harbor protections. This webpage by itself does not represent that any required federal registration has been completed. The site operator should keep any required registration and public contact information current.
